Blue Hangout Hanging Nest with Swing Set Stand (Galvanised)

Made from durable and weather resistant Oxford Polyester, the Hangout Hanging Nest is a great play space or quiet space for both indoor and outdoor use. It is portable and easy to move inside and out, though best kept under cover/shade when left for prolonged periods.

It is popular for relaxing inside while reading a book or playing a game while gently swinging. It can help to soothe over-stimulation such as from autism and sensory overload.

You may be able to adjust the hanging height of the swing by adjusting your hanging accessories, eg. an anchor plate with daisy chain strap can be adjusted by attaching to a different loop on the strap. The height of the swing should be as a safe height - easy to get in and out.

The hangout comes disassembled, and may take 10-20 minutes to assemble. The hangout has 8 metal pieces for the 2 inner rings that keep its shape. You should have 1-2 people available for assembly.

The Stand: The galvanised swing set stand is designed with sensory swings and nest swings in mind. It is a fairly large stand at 260cm wide by 206cm deep, so it is a multi-purpose stand that can hold lots of different swings.

Weight Limit: The stand has a suggested weight limit of 150kg while the hangout has a suggested limit of 100kg. So as a set, it's limited to 100kg, though you could potentially add another small swing to the stand at the same time.

For perspective, the photos include a 181cm tall, 65kg man and a 15kg 2 year old.

Set includes: 1x swing set stand, 2x ropes & carabiners and 1x blue hangout.

We have included some additional photos showing a buoy ball swing, 2 pods, and a 150cm nest swing on the stand for perspective, in case you wanted to hang other items from the stand. Additional swings can be ordered separately.

Weather Resistance: The stand is galvanised and the hangout is made from waterproof Oxford Polyester, which are both weather resistant. That means it can be used outdoors, though we'd still suggest not leaving it in the sun & rain permanently, to avoid fading.

Accessories: The optional accessories are only offered for convenience, in case you want to have extra hanging locations in addition to the stand. The set already includes everything you need to use the stand and hangout.
