Billing

Website payments are processed through Paypal's secure payment gateway. We will receive instant notification once your payment is made, so we can begin preparing your order. You don't need a Paypal account to pay. On the payment page, you can click 'Pay with a credit or debit card' instead of logging into a Paypal account.

To pay by invoice/bank trasfer instead, you can email us to organise it.

Returns / Replacements / Refunds

  • If you receive an incorrect item, we'll organise a return send the correct one.
  • If you receive a faulty item, a replacement part will be sent where possible, otherwise a replacement item.
  • If you want to swap for another item, you can pay for return delivery and we'll send the item of your choice. If the cost is lower or higher than the original item, we can refund the difference or organise for the difference to be paid.
  • If you want to return an item for a refund, you will pay for return delivery.
Please email us with any issues that need resolving, then we can respond with instructions. We will try to respond within a day, and resolve your issue ASAP.
